ChemicaLogic provides free technical support for all of our software products. If you have any problems during the installation or use of any of software products, or have any suggestions for improvement, please contact us at one of the addresses listed below.
Before requesting support, it would save both your time and our time if you could first do the following:
- Make sure you have read any relevant portions of the manual
- Isolate the problem to a small test case
- Have the version number of your copy of software ready
- Have the version number of the spreadsheet application and the operating system on which it is installed ready

I just purchased a new computer running Office 2010 on Window 7, I couldn't get my SteamTab v3.4/MoistAirTab V.1/CO2Tab V1 to install. What do I do?
It's time to upgrade to SteamTab V4, MoistAirTab V2 and CO2TabV2 !
These updated versions are designed to take full advantages of the features in Excel 2010 and Windows 7, 32- or 64-bit, but still maintains backward compatibility with Excels 2003, and 2007 running on XP or Vista.
A special note to MoistAirTab users: The capability of MoistAirTab V2 has been greatly extended beyond psychrometric conversion to include a full spectrum of thermodynamic, transport and dimensionless engineering properties.
For existing users, these upgrades can be purchased at a 40% discount from the price of a new purchased.
If you wish to upgrade, contact us by phone (978-254-1218) or an email email@example.com to let us verify your original purchase, you can then use Online Purchase option to purchase and download a copy of software at the full list price, and put a note in the space for "Comments" - Upgrade discount requested. We will process the upgrade discount credit back to your credit account within a business day.
For users under existing network licenses, please make your upgrade request through your IT support representatives.
I lost my original diskette, CD or downloaded program files for SteamTab/MoistAirTab/CO2Tab. Please help!
No sweat! Just contact us by phone (978-254-1218) or email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to let us verify your original purchase, we will email you a zipped file of the software, free of charge. To do this we need to have an email account that does not reject zipped files (e.g. Yahoo).
If you like to have a replacement CD, please authorize us to charge US$30 on your credit card, we will have it mailed to you by USPS air mail.
